By accessing Blendoraeyewear and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Purchasing Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (18 years or older in France) to make a purchase on this Site, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual color, texture, or finish of the eyewear. Product measurements and descriptions are provided for reference and may vary slightly.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Product unavailability

Errors in pricing or product information

Suspected fraudulent activity

Failure to verify payment or shipping information

If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable French VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

6. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at info@blendoraeyewear.com of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You must send back the goods no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you, unless the goods are defective or incorrect.

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Blendora Eyewear and is protected by French and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blendora Eyewear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marseille, France.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
